With Barista quality coffee facilities, outdoor dining area (Mackay) and café style lunch areas, we are certain that you have found a slice of paradise tucked away in the city. Our open plan offices also have quiet corners for more focused work.
Flexi Days
Alman Partners understands that our firm’s success relies on the hard work and dedication of our amazing team. As a performance bonus, up to 5 additional flexi days are awarded annually to our team member’s leave balance, above the National Employment Standard.
Active Social Club & team activities
Alman Partners work hard, but we also play hard. With an active Social Club, members are treated to a variety of activities, including race days, sunrise with the kangaroos, axe throwing, pizza parties, and sunset beach drinks. Alman Partners’ Trusted Adviser Development Program is an exciting opportunity to develop the necessary skills to help you become the best Adviser you can be!
Depending on your entry qualifications and skills, timeframes in each level may vary. Alman Partners’ Advice Team operates in a Diamond structure, allowing cross-team training and growth opportunities whilst ensuring our clients and team have the appropriate level of support at all times.
This Program is facilitated in our Mackay office.
Open to Graduates studying Financial Planning or similar qualification, or those looking for a professional career change.
Welcome to Adviser Boot Camp!
With continual support from your Relationship Adviser and Mentors throughout your entire journey, we will start by setting strong foundations. You will develop essential skills for building great client relationships while gaining a comprehensive understanding of our firm and systems, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident.
Once you are well on your way to achieving your qualifications you can start your Professional Year where you will progress to a Financial Analyst role. Here your efforts will help provide the detailed information necessary for our team to craft solid strategies. Once you pass your FASEA Exam and wrap up your Professional Year you can start your transition to a Lead Adviser. This is where the excitement ramps up as you begin leading clients as their dedicated Adviser.
Woohoo! You’ve achieved Lead Adviser status!
All your hard work and dedication during your Associate training has truly paid off, but there are even more exciting achievements ahead! As Lead Adviser you will continue to grow and service your client base while building long-lasting relationships. As an “Associate Master,” you’re now in a unique position to share your valuable insights with the next generation in the Program.
Set your sights on achieving the highest qualification for a Financial Adviser in Australia – the CFP® Professional designation! You will develop your personal brand through networking opportunities, deliver on business improvement projects and join an operational committee within the firm.
From here, whenever opportunities arise, you may get to form a new Diamond team and take on a Relationship Adviser role, focusing on managing a team all your own!
